For women local to Schofields who are not yet confident with lifting, are beginner lifters, or are returning to lifting after a break.
Whilst this is a higher investment upfront, it allows you to quickly learn how to lift safely and see results FAST. Once you've gained lifting confidence you'll be ready to graduate into Blended or Guided coaching.

I’m a certified personal trainer with ten years of lifting experience but my fitness journey actually started when I worked a desk job.
My body felt stiff, my shoulders were tight and I got horrendous headaches because of it.
A physio even told me my muscles were weak and my posture was horrible!
So I started strength training which rebuilt my posture, eliminated pain and completely elevated my confidence.
Now I run Sculpted Body Fitness to help other desk working women achieve the same results.

My coaching style is supportive but structured. I’m not some drill sergeant pushing you to the point of hating training.
We work at a pace that suits you, but I’ll challenge you when needed to help you build confidence and break through any limiting beliefs around lifting.
The goal is to make training something you actually enjoy and can stick to, not something you dread.

We meet you at your starting point and ensure you feel safe the whole time. We're not about throwing people into the deep end. Instead we work within your capabilities helping you to gain confidence with lifting over time.
No worries! Guided get unlimited pre-recorded form reviews. In-Person & Blended clients get fact to face feedback on form. Either way, your technique will be closely reviewed to ensure your performing all exercises safely and effectively.
Most clients I train notice they feel stronger and more energised within the first few weeks and start seeing visible changes within 8 to 12 weeks if they're staying consistent with training and nutrition.
This coaching is designed for women with busy 9 to 5 schedules who want to build a strong, toned body without extreme dieting or spending hours in the gym.
If you’re willing to follow a structured plan, stay consistent, and be coached, you’ll do well here.
It’s probably not the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, want to do your own thing or aren’t ready to commit to the process.
