On the call we’ll discuss where you’re at right now, where you want to be and how our coaching can potentially help.

Step2:

Get Onboarded

You’ll begin with our Strong Start System setting you up for success within the program.

We’ll work with you on your current health status, routines, habits and lifestyle to form a baseline. From there we’ll map out a path to achieving your fitness goals.

Step 3:

Start Your Program

Receive your custom training and nutrition via our app along with forum access and bonus resources.

Whether you choose online or hybrid coaching, you’ll have full support and accountability so you’re consistently moving forward toward your goals.

I’m a certified personal trainer with ten years of lifting experience, but my journey started at a desk feeling stiff, tired, and frustrated with my body.

A physio told me my muscles were weak and my posture was horrible, so I turned to strength training. Lifting rebuilt my posture, eliminated pain, and completely changed my confidence.

I created Sculpted Body Fitness to help other busy women achieve the same results.

What is Online Coaching and how does it work?

Online coaching is personalised fitness and nutrition coaching delivered remotely, without fixed session times or having to be in the gym.

Training

You receive a structured training program tailored to your goals, experience, and schedule.

Your workouts are delivered through our app with clear exercise videos and instructions so you know exactly how to perform each movement safely and effectively.

We program your sets, reps, and progressions. You log your workouts inside the app, and you can upload training clips at any time for form review and feedback.

Nutrition

Nutrition support is built around habits you can actually sustain. This may include calorie and macro targets, protein goals, meal structure, or behaviour based strategies depending on what will move the needle for you right now.

Accountability

Each week you complete a check in form covering progress, energy levels, adherence, and challenges. We review this alongside your training data and send you personalised feedback with clear recommendations for the week ahead.

You also have ongoing support via messaging, plus 1:1 coaching calls when needed.

You train on your schedule. We handle the planning, adjustments, and strategy so you continue moving forward toward your fitness goals without second guessing.

What is Hybrid Coaching and how does it work?

Hybrid coaching combines face-to-face personal training sessions with our online coaching program.

Investment works on a sliding scale, dependent on how many in person sessions per month you wish to do ( 1 - 12 times per month).

In person sessions are used strategically to dial in technique, build lifting confidence, and provide hands on accountability.

All in person sessions are conducted in our private gym in Schofields, NSW.

Do I need any experience to start?

No. Most of our clients start as beginners or are unsure about what to do in the gym. We'll teach you proper form and technique to help you build confidence quickly.

How personalised is the training program?

Every program is built specifically for your goals, experience and schedule.

Depending on the number of sessions you perform each week, we can even include targeted muscle workouts to help you improve any "weak points" e.g. glute focused day, shoulder focused day.

Our 12 week program changes phases every 4 weeks so you'll be continuously challenged with different rep ranges and exercises.

What if I’m not confident with my form?

Online clients get unlimited form reviews. Face to face clients get hands on coaching. Either way your technique will be closely reviewed to ensure your performing all exercises safely and effectively.

What’s included in the weekly check in?

We'll ask you simple questions regarding your progress with training, nutrition and recovery. Based on your answers, we'll provide detailed feedback and adjust anything in your program to ensure you hit your goals.

Can I switch between online and hybrid coaching?

At the beginning of each program clients can choose from either online or hybrid coaching programs. One off face-to-face sessions can also be arranged for an additional charge.

How quickly will I see results?

Most women feel stronger and more energised within the first few weeks and see visible changes within 8 to 12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition.
